We're into the second tier images now, those which I passed over first time round. This is another from our garden, this time of a flower from the climbing hydrangea that hides the oil tank.
Further evidence that Spring has sprung, found in our garden. This was also the first outing for my focusing rail, which was a Christmas present which I haven't really had the opportunity to use.
This is positively the last image of the hydrangea that I'm going to post.
Here's another image of that hydrangea flower, this time with dark background and very shallow depth of field, which didn't quite work, I don't think.

This image of a wind blasted hydrangea flower is the first made in 2014 that I've posted. It resulted from a spot of fine, calm weather on Sunday, which produced a number of images which I'll post over the next few days.
